You can then place your order directly via the configurator or by email. Please include the exact name, placement, and quantity in the email.
All graphic files must be submitted to your project manager by email, WeTransfer, or via the meplan upload tool no later than 6 weeks before the start of the trade fair (December 15, 2025): https://grafikupload.meplan.com/
Please note the graphic requirements listed below.
Graphic files must be supplied as vector graphics (.eps, .pdf, or .ai). The color space must also be set to CMYK, as otherwise deviations in color representation may occur. Please also note the specified dimensions.
The trade fair allows you to attach your own graphics as long as they fit within the wall dimensions.
Please note, however, that the walls must not be damaged. Only use adhesive that can be removed without leaving any residue. Under no circumstances should you use mirror adhesive tape, drawing pins, nails, or screws. If the coating or wall is damaged, you will be charged for the damage.
